Maintenance Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Our client, a leading player in the food production industry, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting a dynamic team dedicated to operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Location: Fairfield, OH

Pay Range:

$30.00 to $35.00 per hour, based on experience

What's the Job?

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the reliability and longevity of equipment.

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues within the facility.

Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards, including HACCP and GMP.

Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in the food industry.

Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Familiarity with food safety regulations and standards, including HACCP and GMP.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.
