• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical equipment and systems.
• Hands-on expertise in maintaining mechanical systems, with a focus on hydraulic and pneumatic components.
• Respond to maintenance requests from various departments, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and operational needs.
• Fabricate, install, and modify equipment or components, with a focus on ensuring the functionality of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects, resolve technical challenges, and achieve department goals.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing maintenance concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in a mechanical or industrial maintenance field is preferred.
• Proven experience in maintenance or a related field, with specific expertise in hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Strong mechanical knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic components and systems.
• Proficient in using CMMS software for tracking and documenting maintenance activities.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to supervise and guide a team in completing maintenance tasks and projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, particularly in mechanical troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and internal customers.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Associates Degree or Certification in Industrial Maintenance
• Certifications in hydraulics, pneumatics and other mechanical certifications
