Multi-Craft Technician-Night Shift

• Perform scheduled and reactive maintenance on production machinery, equipment, and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues including gears, bearings, conveyors, pumps, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
• Perform basic electrical diagnostics and repairs including fuses, sensors, relays, and motor controls.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
• Read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics and equipment manuals.
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks and maintain accurate records in the maintenance system.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of combined experience in mechanical and electrical repairs and troubleshooting in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with industrial equipment.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, with the ability to troubleshoot circuits and controls.
• Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Comfortable working independently during night shifts with minimal supervision.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

• Experience in plastics, injection molding, or related manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with PLCs and basic automation systems.
