• Leadership:

Requirements

What We're Looking For:
• Experience:
• 35 years in a corrugated container facility (preferred).
• 57 years of supervisory experience in the manufacturing sector (corrugated experience highly preferred).
• Expertise:
• Strong knowledge of maintenance systems, safety protocols, and leadership principles.
• Proven track record of overseeing equipment repairs, preventative maintenance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
