Overview:

This opportunity is with an international food additives manufacturer that has a 60-person facility, located about 40 miles north of La Crosse, Wisconsin. Some of the processes that this plant uses is mixing, spray drying, fermentation, and bulk packaging. You'll be able to be a key leader and establish your own blueprint within the company. You'll be overseeing the maintenance department and managing six technicians. Your responsibilities will include preventive maintenance, contractor management, site utilities oversight, project leadership, and job safety analysis. The parent company, which operates multiple food and pharmaceutical sites both domestically and internationally, offers potential transfer opportunities and further career growth. This bonus-eligible position includes relocation assistance.

Requirements

Ideal Experience:

• 8+ years of progressive maintenance/reliability engineering experience or 5+ years with an engineering degree or closely related.
• Must have 3+ years of experience leading, managing, or supervising a team of 5+ personnel.
• Must be out of some sort of manufacturing process (food, chemical, or pharmaceutical would be ideal).
