Parallel Employment is seeking a multi-skilled Maintenance Facility and Tech to ensure that our facilities and equipment are maintained to the highest standards. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the functionality and safety of the facilities to support our operational goals.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Competitive, based on experience
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on various types of machinery and equipment
- Handle repairs involving plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general building maintenance
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational efficiency and safety
Requirements
Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility maintenance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or on-call shifts as needed
