Job Description

Parallel Employment is seeking a multi-skilled Maintenance Facility and Tech to ensure that our facilities and equipment are maintained to the highest standards. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the functionality and safety of the facilities to support our operational goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Various facilities

Pay: Competitive, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on various types of machinery and equipment
Handle repairs involving plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general building maintenance
Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory
Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner
Collaborate with team members to achieve operational efficiency and safety

Requirements

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus
Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility maintenance or a related field
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or on-call shifts as needed
