Machine Operator

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a 2nd shift Press/Mold Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of a dynamic production environment supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a safety-minded approach, and mechanical inclination which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 2nd shift Press/Mold Machine Operator (3pm-11pm)

Location: Ormond Beach, FL

Pay Range:

$16.00 per hour

What's the Job?

Operate and monitor machinery in a manufacturing setting.

Ensure production goals are met while maintaining quality standards.

Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Work collaboratively with team members to optimize production processes.

What's Needed?

Experience with press or mold machine operation

Experience with micrometers, calipers

Ability to read blue prints or schematics.

Mechanical Industrial Aptitude

High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment.

Strong mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities.

Willingness to work 2nd shift hours (3pm-11pm).
