Location: Panama City, FL Shift: Monday?Thursday, 5:00 PM ? 3:30 AM (with occasional overtime- typically Fridays- as needed) Reports To: Production Supervisor FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Compensation: $22.00 per hr + shift differential after training

• Operate coil winding machines with accuracy and care.
• Follow blueprints, specifications, and detailed instructions to produce precise coils.
• Load materials, adjust machine settings, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Wind wire around cores/forms to exact specifications.
• Use hand tools to cut, strip, and shape wire.
• Assemble components and perform quality checks.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Requirements What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read job instructions and perform basic math.
• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
• Comfortable using manual and powered hand tools.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments.
• Hoist/crane experience and forklift certification are a plus.
• Safety-first attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and physical exam.

Working Conditions & Requirements

• Lifting:?Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
• Environment:?Work in a facility with loud noise, extreme temperatures, and environmental stressors.
• Physical Activities:?Sit, stand, walk, bend, climb, crouch, reach, and grasp as needed.
• PPE:?Wear required PPE, including eye and hearing protection, gloves, and safety toe footwear.
• Dexterity and Vision:?Manual dexterity and specific vision abilities (close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment).
• Stamina:?Stand for long shifts.
• Skills:?Effective communication, basic math skills, and teamwork.
