Machine Operator - 2nd Shift

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Production Associate - 2nd Shift to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the operations team supporting various production activities. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Associate - 2nd Shift

Location: Traverse City, MI

Pay Range: $19.50

Shift:

2nd 3pm-11pm

Some OT required

What's the Job?

Assist in the assembly and production of products according to specifications.

Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.

Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent.

Updated resume showing experience

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pass background & drug screen requirements.

Ability to work overtime if needed.

Physical ability to lift and move items as required.
