Machine Assistant

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Machine Assistant to join their team. As a Machine Assistant, you will be part of the production department supporting the operational team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Assistant

Location: Appleton, WI

Pay Range:

$16 to $20 per hour

Shift:

3rd Shift (Sunday to Wednesday 8pm to 6am)

What's the Job?

Assist the Operator as needed to ensure production timelines are met.

Open rolls and properly stage product for production.

Wrap and weigh finished rolls, ensuring accurate documentation.

Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition.

Assist the Operator with general maintenance duties on Rewinders as required.

What's Needed?

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.

High School diploma or GED required.

Familiarity with machine operation and basic functions.

Ability to complete required paperwork accurately.

Willingness to adhere to safety regulations and procedures.
