Job Description

The New York office of Sidley Austin LLP is seeking two mid-level corporate associates to join its M&A and Private Equity Group with a focus on hybrid capital equity transactions. The ideal candidate should have at least four years of experience in Biglaw and strong experience in preferred equity, warrants, joint ventures and other equity structures with an interest in working alongside Sidley?s market-leading finance team from within Sidley?s M&A and Private Equity Group. This is a hyper-growth opportunity at the intersect of Sidley?s market leading M&A/PE and finance practices. Candidates must be admitted to practice in New York.

Salaries vary by location and are based on numerous factors, including, but not limited to, the relevant market, skills, experience, and education of the selected candidate.
