Job Description

The New York office of Sidley Austin LLP is seeking associates to join its M&A and Private Equity Group. Candidates should have at least four years of experience and should have experience with private equity and leveraged buyout transactions. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements, supervising and training junior associates and coordinating legal specialists working on the deal team. Candidates must be admitted to practice in New York.

Salaries vary by location and are based on numerous factors, including, but not limited to, the relevant market, skills, experience, and education of the selected candidate.
