We are looking for an experienced and resourceful producer to take our long-form content to the next level.

Job Overview: The long-form producer will be responsible for developing, planning, and executing top-tier long-form content for the Airrack channel. This role requires a deep understanding of storytelling, audience engagement, and production logistics. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, can manage large-scale productions, and is able to adapt quickly to shifting creative needs.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the production of long-form YouTube videos from ideation to final delivery
• Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling video concepts that align with the Airrack brand
• Manage pre-production, including scripting, scheduling, budgeting, and securing locations
• Coordinate with editors, cinematographers, and talent to ensure seamless execution of creative vision
• Problem-solve on set, making quick decisions to ensure production stays on schedule and within budget
• Ensure high production value while maintaining efficiency and meeting tight deadlines
• Stay ahead of content trends and evolving audience preferences to keep content fresh and engaging

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience producing long-form digital content, preferably for YouTube or major digital platforms
• Strong storytelling abilities and an understanding of audience retention strategies
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong leadership and communication skills with experience managing teams
• Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and logistical planning for productions
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills to handle unexpected challenges in fast-paced environments

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with YouTube creators or social media influencers
• Background in directing, cinematography, or editing
• A network of production contacts, including crew and vendors
• Knowledge of YouTube's algorithm and audience engagement strategies

Benefits

Salary: $80-90k DOE with performance bonuses available. Full health benefits offered as well.
