Job Description
Our client, a leading logistics company, is seeking a Logistics Specialist to join their team. As a Logistics Specialist, you will be part of the operations team supporting the transportation and distribution of materials. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience with SAP, and a high school diploma.
Job Title: Logistics Specialist
Location: Chicago, Illinois
Pay Range:
$20 to $35 per hour depending upon experience
What's the Job?
Responsible for all materials going in and out of the factory
Complete transactions in SAP
Support operations with material requests
Facilitate Yard MS to ensure data accuracy
Work with corporate transportation team to plan and allocate shipments across distribution center network
What's Needed?
High school diploma required
Warehouse Management System/Yard management experience (nice to have)
SAP (must have)
Logistics experience (nice to have)
Microsoft office experience required
