Job Description

Clark Hill is seeking a Project Attorney to assist our litigation business unit. This is a temporary, hourly role with an open-ended duration. Candidates must have 5+ years of litigation practice experience and an active California Bar license.
The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and skills:
  • Experience with high-volume litigation matters
  • Substantive trial preparation and courtroom experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience
  • Experience working with e-discovery software
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with a solid work ethic
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
All Project Attorneys are W2 employees. The pay range for this role is $80-100/hr.$100-125/hr. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is not eligible for an annual discretionary bonus or firm benefits.
