Litigation Paralegal

The statewide defense firm of Cole, Scott & Kissane is seeking a defense litigation paralegal with 5+ years of recent defense litigation experience for its Fort Lauderdale West (Plantation) office location. This candidate must be experienced in bodily injury, and be an independent professional.
This paralegal position will require someone with experience and knowledge of the preparation of discovery responses and objections, summarization of medical and other types of records, preparation of medical chronologies, ability to assist with large document production, ability to utilize Adobe/Abbyy for electronic production issues and other such litigation paralegal tasks. Proven ability to properly capture time and bill according to client guidelines is necessary.
