Candidate Requirements: The ideal candidate must have significant experience in bodily injury defense and demonstrate strong professionalism and the ability to work independently. Essential Skills & Responsibilities: Preparing discovery responses and objections Summarizing medical records and other key documents Drafting detailed medical chronologies Assisting with large document productions Utilizing Adobe/Abbyy for electronic document production Performing various litigation paralegal tasks Accurately capturing and billing time in accordance with client guidelines Qualifications: Only candidates who meet the following criteria should apply: Certified Paralegal (through a formal paralegal program, NALA, or a Florida Registered Paralegal) Extensive experience in defense litigation, particularly in the practice areas listed above Compensation & Benefits: CSK offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, including: 20 days of PTO 8 paid holidays Health, dental, life, long-term & short-term disability, and long-term care coverage 401(k) retirement plan and more No agencies or telephone inquiries, please.
