Job Description


Beveridge & Diamond, P.C. seeks a candidate with one to three years of experience to join our firm in our San Francisco office.

We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and versatile candidates to join the largest environmental law firm in the country. Candidates should have an interest in litigation or regulatory and environmental law with a desire to become a leader in matters involving challenging legal and environmental issues. All candidates should have a strong academic background, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Candidates must have the following qualifications:

  • Recent J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
  • An interest in litigation, with environmental, toxic tort, or land use permitting experience a plus, and/or an interest in regulatory issues with a strong focus on environmental law.
  • Current member of the California bar, or status as an active member in good standing of the bar in at least one state, and the ability to become admitted to the California bar.
  • Strong analytical, research, writing and oral communication skills, attention to organization and detail, ability to work well under deadlines, creative thinker, multitasker, and ability to assume significant client responsibilities.

Compensation

In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, the base salary range for this position is $180,000 - $200,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. The compensation for this position may also include discretionary performance and productivity bonuses.
