Litigation Attorney (Professional Liability)

O'Hagan Meyer is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with at least two years of experience to join its Columbia, MD office. This is an ideal opportunity for an attorney looking to handle a wide-range of civil litigation matters involving cutting-edge topics and sophisticated, interesting clients.

Requirements

• 2+ years of litigation experience including, general commercial litigation, professional liability litigation (especially healthcare, specialty care and senior living litigation), human trafficking and sexual abuse litigation, mass torts and class action, employment litigation, and/or products liability.
• The ideal candidate will also be highly motivated to be part of a busy national practice, demonstrate initiative, assume responsibility for matters, and possess the interpersonal and communication skills to work well as part of a large, collaborative team.
• Candidates must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in Maryland.

Salary Range: $115,000 to $190,000
