McCormick Barstow LLP is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join our Modesto office in our Specialty Litigation Practice Group. This opportunity is with a full service law firm that handles general liability, public entity litigation, labor and employment law, medical malpractice and insurance defense litigation. Qualifications include 2-8 years litigation experience, specifically with litigation support, deposition and trial preparation, the ability to manage full case handling responsibilities, including all facets of discovery and trial, strong research and writing skills and law and motion practice and a J.D. from an accredited law school and current good standing with the California State Bar.
