Borton Petrini, LLP, a dynamic statewide A-V rated law firm located in Bakersfield throughout California has an immediate opening for an associate attorney with a minimum of 2 years experience in civil litigation with an emphasis in insurance defense. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated litigation experience including attending court hearings, arbitration, and mediations and in taking and defending depositions as well as in drafting discovery and contractual agreements. Strong writing skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and opposing counsel are required. Trial experience is desired, but not required.
