Job Description

Litigation Attorney - Experienced Attorneys

McElroy Deutsch is seeking attorneys with 4+ years of experience handling complex litigation experience for the Firm?s Philadelphia office. Candidate must have strong writing skills and experience independently handling matters, including insurance defense, construction, bankruptcy and/or commercial litigation, including insurance and/or construction litigation, pending in state and federal courts. for our Philadelphia, PA office. Admission to the Pennsylvania bar admission required, and New Jersey bar admission preferred, other bar admissions Bars is required.

Responsibilities:

Independently manage a plus. Apply
Ability to interview witnesses, identify and engage experts, draft motions and pleadings, and assist with and/or take and defend depositions.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars.

Ability to manage complex cases and work collaboratively in a team environment.
