Litigation Attorney Consumer Financial Services

Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young, LLP is seeking a Litigation Attorney for a hybrid or fully remote arrangement, based in our Philadelphia or Cherry Hill, NJ office. This attorney will work closely with our Consumer Financial Services Litigation Group, representing clients involved in consumer financial services and products. This position presents an exciting opportunity to connect with clients in cases from inception to resolution, work independently commensurate with experience, and gain significant subject matter familiarity and litigation skills along the way. 3+ years of commercial litigation experience Litigation experience including drafting pleadings, discovery and trial preparation Admitted to practice in PA and NJ Experience in consumer finance related litigation is not required, but considered a plus At Stradley Ronon, our attorneys enjoy work arrangements that embrace flexibility and balance. This position offers substantive, challenging work, hybrid or remote flexibility, and a reasonable billable hours expectation that includes an achievable hours bonus. There is also a path for advancement and specialization. The estimated salary range for this position is $130,000 to $170,000 annually, commensurate with experience. No agencies please.
