Candidates must have 2-5 years of litigation experience. Applicants are sought who have progressive experience in all aspects of litigation, which may include routine court appearances, experience preparing and arguing motions, taking depositions, handling routine and/or complex discovery and ESI, preparing cases for mediation and/or trial, evidentiary hearing and/or trial experience, researching and drafting briefs and motions. The base salary range for this position is $192,000 - $210,000. Exact $210,000 and up to $40,000 + in bonus potential. This is not inclusive of our full range, and actual compensation may vary will be determined based on skills experience and experience.other factors permitted by law.
