Litigation Associate

Clark Hill is seeking an experienced Associate to join its Litigation Business Unit in Pittsburgh, PA. All candidates must be licensed to practice in Pennsylvania or West Virginia. The Associate will work on a team that specializes in oil and gas litigation. Familiarity with the practice area is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and skills: 2+ years of commercial litigation experience Trial preparation and courtroom experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience Exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills Willingness and tenacity to learn new areas of law Strong academic credentials Excellent interpersonal and communication skills The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $150,000 - $160,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
