Our Wilmington office is looking for litigation associates with 2-6 years of experience focusing on the representation of companies and their officers and directors in stockholder class action litigation, derivative litigation, and complex commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery. Experience conducting internal investigations on behalf of special board committees is beneficial, but not required. Superior academic credentials and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills required. Candidates must be barred in Delaware. Compensation and Benefits Salary range of $235,000 ? $390,000, based on year classification. Discretionary merit bonuses may also be awarded.
