Job Openings We are seeking self-motivated associates with 2-8 years of complex commercial litigation experience to join our dynamic team of trial and appellate lawyers. The ideal candidate is a legal strategist with excellent writing, analytical, research, and communication skills. They should be capable of handling a case from start to finish and have a proven ability to work in teams. Am Law 100 experience, and graduating from a Top 30 law school is a plus. We offer a collaborative environment, competitive pay, merit bonuses, and comprehensive benefits, and merit bonuses. The base pay range for this position (not including bonuses) is $180,000 to $400,000, depending on experience level.benefits. There is no billable hour requirement, but our attorneys are a hardworking team. All attorneys are expected to work in the office at least three days a week. Business Development Our partners are focused on building relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive growth. They work with our associates on the best practices for developing business through the firm?s associate marketing program. We also offer case origination bonuses for all matters brought to the firm that the partnership approves. Mentorship Program Our associates work closely with partners and clients and are given challenging work from day one. Through our firm?s Mentorship Program, associates are taught best practices for effective courtroom advocacy, interacting with opposing counsel, taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing summary judgment motions, and examining witnesses at trial. They are trained to be creative and aggressive and to take ownership of their cases. Associates Committee Our Associates Committee provides an avenue for associates to play a role in shaping the firm. Pro Bono We are committed to pro bono work and provide the same quality services as we do with commercial work. Associate pro bono hours count the same as commercial billable hours for purposes of evaluation and bonuses, and there is no cap on pro bono hours.
