Job Description

Adams & Reese seeks a litigation associate with 3-6 years of experience. The candidate should have prior litigation experience, preferably in commercial and complex litigation. The candidate should have excellent written and oral advocacy skills, including conducting and defending depositions and drafting discovery and dispositive motions. Must have Tennessee law license or ability to waive in. Full time in-office.
