Adams and Reese is seeking a mid-level intellectual property litigation associate with 3-6 years of experience in litigation for their Nashville office. Substantive intellectual property experience, especially trademark, is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will have the following experience and skillset: Arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and managing discovery Analyzing, researching, and drafting briefs addressing sophisticated legal issues, sometimes in unsettled areas of law Trial Preparation Curiosity and commitment to providing the highest quality client service Excellent communication skills and persuasive writing abilities Ability to be both strategic and analytical, managing large caseloads and working independently or as part of a team Strong academic credentials Admitted to practice in Tennessee (or willing to sit for/waive into the Tennessee bar) This position is full-time in-office.
