Kaufman Dolowich, recognized by U.S. news in their list of ?Best Companies to Work For - Law Firms?, Firms?, is seeking an associate attorney with a minimum of 1 year experience in general liability insurance defense litigation including premises, NY Labor Law, and/or vertical transportation. The candidate would be joining a growing, Associate Attorney, to join our dynamic firm with more than 200 attorneys nationwide.General Liability group.

A competitive salary and hybrid work schedule will be offered, commensurate with an expanding practice. The experience and qualifications.

The successful candidate will be expected to handle all aspects of a case including conducting discovery, discoveries, corresponding with clients and counsel, depositions, deposition practice, motion practice, oral argument, court conferences, mediations/settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.

Represent Responsibilities:

• Advocate for clients in a wide range of diverse insurance defense matters.
  Independently matters, delivering strategic representation across a broad spectrum of claims and disputes.
• Independently manage a full litigation caseload, working cases caseload from inception initial filing through resolution.
  Regularly handle final resolution, demonstrating strong case management and legal acumen.
• Conduct court appearances appearances, depositions, and depositions.
  Communicate motion practice with clients confidence and provide status reports.

• Maintain consistent and proactive communication with clients, providing timely updates, legal insights, and strategic guidance throughout the case lifecycle.

• JD from an ABA accredited Law School.ABA-accredited law school.

• Minimum of 1 one year of experience in insurance defense and general liability litigation experience.litigation.

Target Hiring Range: $110,000 $100,000 - $120,000.

Actual compensation will be determined based on market location, as well as the candidate's experience, skills, and job-related qualifications.
