Job Title: Litigation Associate Attorney Location: Bloomington, MN Job Type: Full-time Pay: $90,000-$120,000 per year, depending on experience Full Job Description SJJ Law is seeking a motivated Litigation Attorney licensed in Minnesota with 1-3 years of experience to join our growing team in Bloomington. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career attorney who wants meaningful litigation experience in a supportive, high-performing environment. You'll work directly with clients, manage litigation files, and appear in court. We're looking for a proactive attorney who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and committed to excellent client service. Key Responsibilities Represent clients in litigation matters including court appearances, depositions, and negotiations Communicate regularly with clients, providing legal advice and managing expectations Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, contracts, and other legal documents Collaborate with colleagues and support staff on strategy and execution Supervise and delegate tasks to legal assistants Stay informed about legal developments relevant to practice areas Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Required: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school Active license to practice law in Minnesota 1-3 years of litigation experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Professional, ethical, and client-centered mindset Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Preferred: Experience in civil litigation, property law, or insurance matters Trial or deposition experience Familiarity with state and federal court procedures Why Work at SJJ Law At SJJ Law, we prioritize people.
