Job description for Lightweight Assembly Worker We are looking for lightweight plastic assembly workers to join our team at a top-rated tier one plastics car manufacturing plant. We are looking for plastic assembly workers to assembly plastic headlights and tail lights for automotive vehicles.
- Shift: Hiring 1st and second shift.
- Pay: $15.75-$16.25
- Location: Grand Rapids, MI

- Our lightweight plastic assembly workers will be assembling plastic tail lights and head lights for vehicles.
- Ability to snap or connect parts with finger for 8-10 hours a day
- Lightweight plastic assembly workers need to be able to properly communicate and document when parts do not meet standards
- Keeping a steady pace to meet shift rate demands
- Trim and clip parts as needed
- Inspect and pack completed parts
- Our assembly line workers must be able to bend, lift, and stand for 8 - 10 hours a day
- Must be willing to undergo a national background check
