The Recovery Village Kansas City in Raytown, MO Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday. 8am to 430pm, one night during the week until 6pm. Salary Ranges: (Includes Additional Financial Incentives)

• Independently Licensed: $74,880 - $87,776
• Preliminary Licensed: $66,560 - $73,216

The Recovery Village Kansas City is an adult rehab facility that is physician-led and committed to providing evidence-based, compassionate care for substance use disorders and mental health conditions. We invest in your time?leveraging proprietary AI technology to simplify documentation and give you more time where it matters most: patient care

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducation
• Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and clinical teams to support patient progress
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation?(with support from Heather AI)
• Support discharge planning and continuity of care

• Master?s degree in Counseling, Social Work, MFT, or related field

• Licensed in the state of Missouri (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, LSW, MFTC)
• Experience with substance use and/or co-occurring disorders preferred
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• CPR and BFA Certification required.
