Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM 5 PM

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits

We're currently seeking Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCCs) who are passionate about serving diverse populations and committed to helping clients navigate life's challenges with resilience and purpose.

Your Role:

• Provide individual, couples, or family therapy in a structured outpatient clinic (in-person, hybrid, or fully virtual models available)
• Complete comprehensive assessments and develop tailored, goal-driven treatment plans
• Utilize evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma-informed care, etc.)
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychologists, MFTs, psychiatrists, and case managers
• Maintain timely documentation, clinical notes, and treatment progress using our EHR system
• Participate in team meetings, peer consultations, and professional development (encouraged, not mandatory)

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted LPCC license in the state of California
• Completion of required supervision and California law & ethics examination
• Minimum of 1 year of post-licensure experience in a clinical or community mental health setting (preferred)
• Experience with a wide range of mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, trauma, and relational difficulties
• A compassionate, ethical, and culturally sensitive approach to treatment
• Familiarity with DSM-5 diagnoses and treatment planning
• Ability to manage a caseload, work independently, and engage meaningfully in team collaboration
