Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Outpatient Therapy Practice | California
Location: Ontario, California
Job Type: Full Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM 5 PM
Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits
About the RoleWe're looking for a compassionate and motivated Licensed Professional Counselor to provide high-quality psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families navigating a wide spectrum of emotional and behavioral health challenges. You'll work within a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive framework and enjoy the freedom to use the modalities and approaches that resonate with you most.
Your Role:
- Conducting clinical assessments and developing collaborative, strengths-based treatment plans
- Providing ongoing psychotherapy (individual, group, couples, or family) in a warm, therapeutic setting or via secure telehealth
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation using our efficient EHR system
- Collaborating with other licensed clinicians through peer consultation and shared learning
- Participating in team meetings and training to deepen your skills and contribute to a collegial culture
Requirements
- Active LPC, LPCC, or equivalent license in California (we're happy to support clinicians transitioning from out-of-state licensure)
- Skilled in evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, or somatic approaches
- Clinical experience with a broad range of populations (children, adolescents, adults, couples, families)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a growth-oriented mindset
