WorkFit Medical Staffing is seeking compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to provide quality nursing care in long-term care facilities. This role offers the opportunity to work flexible schedules including full-time, part-time, or per diem shifts across various facilities. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to residents in long-term care settings.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assist with daily living activities.
• Document and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with facility policies and state regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Ensure safety and comfort of residents while providing compassionate support.

• Current and valid New York State LPN license.
• Minimum 1 year experience in long-term care nursing.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a healthcare team.
