Position OverviewWe are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a skilled nursing facility in Queens, NY . This full-time role involves delivering high-quality, resident-centered care, adhering to established care plans, and working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to promote optimal health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Administer prescribed medications and treatments
- Monitor, record, and report changes in residents' vital signs and health conditions
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare providers to execute care plans
- Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Uphold infection control protocols and facility policies
- Provide timely responses during medical emergencies
- Maintain clear, accurate, and timely documentation in patient records

Requirements
Qualifications- Education: Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) program
- License: Active New York State LPN license
- Immunization: Proof of Hepatitis B immunity required
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting
- Skills:
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Adaptability to rotating shifts and fast-paced environments
- Earn $47/hour for your expertise in long-term care nursing.
- Full-time hours with morning and evening shifts
- Every other Saturday and Sunday required
