Support Lives from Home: Remote Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW)

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, with full benefits to support your well-being.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Offering therapy sessions via secure video, making it easier for clients to receive support wherever they are.
- Building meaningful, personalized treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs.
- Using evidence-based approaches to help clients achieve their mental health goals.
- Empowering clients to face life's challenges, build resilience, and develop coping strategies that last.
- Keeping detailed, confidential notes to track clients? progress and ensure their success.
- Continuously growing as a professional, learning new techniques to serve your clients even better.
Requirements
Who You Are:
- You have a master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a similar field.
- You are licensed as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in California.
- You bring 1-3 years of experience helping individuals of all ages manage mental health challenges.
- You're passionate about remote work and creating safe, supportive environments for clients to thrive.
- You're always eager to learn and grow in your field to better serve those in need.
