Support Others from Anywhere: Remote Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW)
Are you a dedicated therapist eager to help others overcome mental health challenges while enjoying the flexibility of working from home? We're seeking compassionate, experienced professionals to join our team and provide support to clients who need it most.
Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, with full benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver therapy remotely via secure video platforms, making it easy for clients to receive the help they need.
- Collaborate with clients to assess their needs and create tailored treatment plans that focus on their goals.
- Apply evidence-based therapeutic practices to help clients make meaningful progress in their lives.
- Help clients manage daily challenges and develop lasting coping strategies that support long-term well-being.
- Maintain confidential documentation to ensure client progress is accurately recorded.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay at the cutting edge of therapeutic practices.
Requirements
Who You Are:
- You have a master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
- You are licensed as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in California.
- You have 1-3 years of experience helping individuals navigate mental health challenges.
- You are experienced in providing remote therapy and enjoy connecting with clients virtually.
- You are committed to learning and evolving as a therapist to offer the best care possible.
