Licensed Massage Therapist

Grow your business and join Team Halo! Halo Salon & Spa in downtown Augusta is hiring a Georgia-licensed massage therapist. Specialty in deep tissue, athletic, and/or lymphatic massages a plus. Responsibilities include:

Deliver high-quality, personalized massage therapy services for clients

Maintain equipment and inventory of products

Build and retain client book

Seek continued learning and expansion of services offered

This commission-plus-tips position can be part- or full-time. Exact hours will be agreed upon by service provider and Halo management. Candidates who are seeking more hours have the opportunity to cross-train in operations or add shifts based on booking performance.

Duties:
Perform various massage techniques
Assess clients' needs and create personalized treatment plans
Provide excellent service and ensure client comfort and satisfaction
Conduct physical examinations and assess patients' medical history
Apply knowledge of anatomy and physiology to target specific areas of concern
Utilize occupational health techniques to promote wellness and prevent injury
Manage acute pain through therapeutic massage techniques
Create wellness plans and build relationships with clients for continued care

Requirements
