We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our compassionate clinical team. As an LMFT, you will work with individuals, couples, and families to support them in overcoming emotional and relational obstacles. This position offers the chance to work in a collaborative setting where your expertise will directly contribute to improving the well-being of those we serve.

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package

Responsibilities:

• Provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families with a variety of emotional and relational issues.
• Complete thorough assessments and create customized treatment plans.
• Employ proven therapeutic techniques to help clients reach their goals.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date client records.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
• Active LMFT license in the state.
• Strong clinical background and experience with diverse client groups.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
