Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team! The ideal candidate is experienced, client-focused, and dedicated to promoting wellness through therapeutic massage. You will work with clients to assess their needs, customize treatments, and create a rejuvenating experience that supports their overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of massage techniques, such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and prenatal massage

Assess client needs, concerns, and preferences to create personalized treatment plans

Maintain a professional and tranquil environment

Educate clients on self-care techniques, stretching, and wellness practices

Keep accurate client records and adhere to health and safety regulations

Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and equipment

Collaborate with other wellness professionals (yoga instructors, chiropractors, estheticians) as needed

Pay: $30.00 to $45.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Our most requested times for massage are:
• Weekdays 3:00 - 8:00pm
• Weekends 9:00am - 5:00pm

Requirements

Qualifications:

Active Massage Therapy License in Virginia (required)

Minimum 1 year of experience preferred

Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and massage therapy techniques

Ability to communicate effectively and create a comforting experience for clients

Passion for holistic wellness and commitment to ongoing education
