Salary: $110,000$130,000 annually, with full benefits.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families in a collaborative care setting.
• Assess clients? needs and develop tailored treatment plans to support their goals.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other team members for integrated care.
• Maintain detailed and compliant documentation of client interactions.
• Participate in team meetings to ensure comprehensive and coordinated client support.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
• Active LMFT license in the state.
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
