Overview of the Position: You will play a key role in helping clients navigate a range of emotional and relational obstacles as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. You'll give evidence-based therapeutic interventions, create individualized treatment plans, and carry out comprehensive assessments. Your knowledge and compassion will foster a healing atmosphere where clients can develop resilience and accomplish their individual objectives.
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000 per year + comprehensive benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities.
- Perform in-depth assessments to identify clients? strengths, needs, and treatment goals.
- Implement evidence-based approaches to support clients in managing emotional and relational challenges.
- Maintain detailed and organized documentation of client interactions and therapeutic progress.
- Partner with management and other team members to provide integrated care and continually enhance treatment strategies.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
Must hold a valid LMFT license in the state.
Must have experience working with older adults
Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
