Salary : $110,000 - $130,000 annually + full benefits.
Your Key Responsibilities :
- Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, families, and groups addressing various emotional and behavioral concerns.
- Conduct assessments to understand client needs and develop personalized treatment strategies.
- Use proven therapeutic methods to guide clients in managing addiction and mental health issues.
- Maintain accurate, organized records to monitor and document client progress.
- Collaborate with peers and supervisors to continuously enhance client outcomes.
Requirements
Qualifications We're Seeking :
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Valid LMFT license in California State .
- Proven experience working with senior populations.
- Exceptional diagnostic and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive both independently and in a team setting.
