Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday - Friday (9 AM 5 PM)

Job Description:
As our practice expands, we're looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team. This is an opportunity to do deeply meaningful clinical work, with the autonomy to build a caseload that reflects your interests and expertisewhether you specialize in trauma, couples therapy, anxiety, or family systems.

What You Will Do:
- Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy in accordance with California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) guidelines.
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team when necessary and participate in case consultations.
- Participate in regular supervision or peer support groups (if applicable).
- Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical and legal standards of practice.
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of California.
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience (newly licensed therapists welcome to apply, depending on role).
- Experience working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and/or families.
- Strong clinical skills in areas such as trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions.
- Proficient in maintaining electronic health records (EHR).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
