Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, with a full benefits package.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Building trust and rapport with clients through thoughtful therapy sessions.
- Conducting assessments to uncover underlying issues and tailor treatment plans.
- Keeping detailed, accurate records to ensure continuity of care.
- Partnering with other professionals to provide well-rounded support.
- Offering guidance and stability to clients facing crises.
Requirements
Your Qualifications:
- A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Current LMFT licensure in California state.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A genuine desire to help others achieve their goals.
