Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Remote Counseling Role in California

We are a growing virtual private practice offering a supportive space for therapists to do meaningful work. We're looking for LCSWs who want to focus on client care without the burden of administrative tasks. This remote position offers flexibility, a steady caseload, and a collaborative team environment.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000 $120,000 per year + benefits

Key Duties:

• Provide therapy to adults, couples, and families through secure virtual sessions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Monitor progress, adjust treatment approaches, and document sessions accurately.
• Collaborate with a team to ensure clients receive well-rounded care.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Active LCSW license in California.
• At least two years of clinical experience.
• Experience with virtual therapy platforms.
