Salary: $110,000-$130,000 per year, with full benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct therapeutic sessions to assist patients managing chronic conditions.
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Serve as a liaison for patients and healthcare providers.
- Identify patient needs and adapt your approach for a personalized care journey.
- Deliver confidential counseling services and assess biopsychosocial factors.
- Provide educational resources to patients and their caregivers.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with clinical standards.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
- Active and valid LCSW license in California.
- At least 2 years of clinical experience specializing in psychotherapy.
- Expertise in solution-focused therapeutic methods.
- Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative work environment.
