This position requires a minimum of two years of experience and offers the flexibility of working primarily remotely with one day on-site per week. Requirements

• Education:?Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Licensure:?Active New York State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) (Required).?Must have active Medicaid and Medicare.?Must be residing in the tri-state area.
• Experience:?Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
• Technical Skills:?Proficiency in psychosocial assessments, diagnosis, evidence-based therapeutic interventions, and electronic health records.
• Soft Skills:?Empathetic, culturally competent, excellent communication skills, strong boundaries, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
